Our unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a 100% natural olive juice, obtained exclusively by mechanical procedures and made with olives selected at their optimal point of ripeness.

As it is unfiltered, it retains micro-particles of pulp and vegetation water, responsible for its slightly cloudy appearance and exceptional aromatic intensity. On the nose, fresh notes of freshly cut grass, olive leaf, and tomato plant stand out, while on the palate it presents an intense fruitiness, with a balanced bitterness and pungency that reflect its high polyphenol content.

It is a lively and authentic oil, ideal for raw consumption and to enjoy the full varietal and sensory expression of freshly made oil.

Recommended for:
Artisan bread, toast, salads, vegetables, cheeses, carpaccios, and dishes where oil is the protagonist.

Our EVOO is born in the heart of the Sierra de Cazorla (Jaén). The desire to combine our love for the olive tradition of our Jaén DNA with a passion for technological innovation.

PICUAL variety under monitoring and fruit selection. Harvested and milled at the end of November 2025. Traditional olive grove, controlled extraction in our private Micro-mill to preserve all the properties and aromas of the olive.

We take care of every detail in the production process to treat each olive as if it were unique.
