The Verde Íbero early harvest oil comes from the first green olives picked in the traditional olive groves of the Sierra de Cazorla (Jaén). Produced in our micro-mill using cold extraction, it preserves the aromas, intense green color, and freshness of the fruit. Its fruity flavor, with notes of freshly cut grass and tomato, reflects the balance between tradition and quality. This early EVOO, produced in a limited edition, concentrates all the nuances of the harvest and represents the essence of the most authentic extra virgin olive oil.
